Awards open for applications
1st September 2025
Application period closes at 5pm. Completed applications should be emailed to emma@surf.scot
Late September - Late October
Assessment, shortlisting and site visits by 20 independent judging panel experts. Please note that the judges will specify the day of an in-person visit to shortlisted projects, which will be between the 22nd Sept-22nd Oct.
4th December 2025
Results announced at a celebratory Presentation Dinner in the Voco Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow

The 2025 SURF Awards are now closed for applications. Thank you to all of the projects and organisations who have taken the time to apply.
The shortlist will be announced on Friday 19th September. Please keep an eye on this page for further details on that and the SURF Awards Presentation Dinner.
