Climate Action Towns: Gathering and resource launch
For the past three years Architecture and Design Scotland, has been working with nine Scottish towns in the Climate Action Towns project. The project, funded by the Scottish Government, aimed to explore what types of place-based climate action communities can take.
Overview
At the upcoming Gathering, A&DS will share our reflections on the project, launch a report and toolkit, as well as hear from representatives from the towns. The suite of resources is aimed at other towns and communities that would like to get involved in community-led climate action. The event will allow you to network with others involved in place-based climate action.
In-person event
The launch and event will be at the Engine Shed (Forthside Way, Stirling FK8 1QZ). The Engine Shed is Scotland’s dedicated building conservation hub which is two minutes’ walk from Stirling Station.
A light lunch will be served from 13:00, with the event starting at 13:30.
Hybrid event
If you are unable to attend in person we will also share the event online/hybrid (the link to join online will be provided closer to the time via email.)
