Corra Foundation are thrilled to launch Year 2 of the Community Leadership Collective – growing a peer network of community leaders from across Scotland to nurture confident, collective leadership grounded in local places. A successful first year has shown what’s possible: 24 community leaders leaving sessions energised, with practical tools to navigate systems change, build partnerships, and keep their work sustainable.
The programme is jointly funded by Corra, Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and Rank Foundation for three years. During this time, Corra and community leaders will work to develop the Collective’s long-term structure and sustainability.
