2024 SURF Awards Timeline

6th June

Awards open for applications

2nd September

Application period closes at 5pm. Completed applications should be emailed to emma@surf.scot

Mid September - Late October

Assessment, shortlisting and site visits by 20 independent judging panel experts. Please note that the judges will specify the day of an in-person visit to shortlisted projects, which will be between the 23rd Sept-23rd Oct.

5th December

Results announced at a celebratory Presentation Dinner in the Voco Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow

2024 SURF Awards Dinner

The 2024 SURF Awards Presentation Dinner will be held in the Voco Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow, Ballroom on the evening of Thursday 5th December 2024.

We are delighted to confirm Scottish Government Minister for Employment and Investment, Tom Arthur, will be in attendance to announce the winners on the night, and the evening will close with After Dinner Speaker, Director, Playwright, Actor and Musician Cora Bissett 

Further details, and an event programme, can be downloaded below. Places cost £80 (plus VAT) per person and £720 (plus VAT) for a table of 10.
