The purpose of this second stage is to explore in greater detail the linkages between home and the neighbourhood, in order to better understand how the wider environment impacts and shapes our sense of home and wellbeing. We are really keen to engage with a wide range of community and professional interests since, as the first session revealed, home is more than just physical housing.

When: Tuesday 8th July 9.30-4.00

Where: Scottish Universities Insight Institute, Collins Building, University of Strathclyde, 22 Richmond Street, Glasgow G1 1XQ

Details of how to get to the Collins Building are available here

The findings from the first Home not Housing event are available on the Research Unbound website and highlight the various ways they tapped into personal meanings of home and the different ties to wellbeing. They will also be sharing our insights from the session they are contributing to the European Network for Housing Research.

Spaces are limited so if you are able and would like to attend Seminar 2, please book your place by registering on the dedicated website by 30th June.
