A report of the SURF seminar organised in partnership with CEDA on 9/10/03
This seminar offered an opportunity for delegates to hear directly from representatives of three initiatives aimed at supporting the development of enterprise among disadvantaged groups and in disadvantaged areas of Ireland, Spain and France. The three presenters reflected on the particular political, cultual, economic and social circumstances of their work. Further discussion examined some of the common themes and potential lessons for successful similar efforts Scotland.
