Manifesto Database
For our 2026 Manifesto, SURF is focussing on four key cross-cutting themes: Resource Local Democracy, Commit to Fair Funding, Deliver Affordable Housing, and Invest in Public Transport. SURF’s interests, however, are broad and encompass a variety of policy areas, and there’s many more areas of work that we feel are important to support and progress over the course of the next Scottish Parliament.
